1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed after 2 PM EST will be processed the following business day. Processing delays may occur during high-volume periods or due to stock availability.

3. Domestic Shipping (USA)

We ship from within the United States to all 50 states. Tracking numbers will be emailed once the package has been scanned by the carrier. Orders over $150 may require a signature upon delivery.

5. Shipping Rates

6. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

For lost or delayed shipments:

7. Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.

8. Packaging & Discretion

All products are securely packed in plain, discreet packaging to ensure privacy and integrity. Lyophilized peptides are packaged in sterile vials, and each order includes a certificate of analysis (COA).

9. Compliance Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring that your local laws allow for receipt of the products. Shop Peptides Direct is not responsible for any package that is delayed, returned, or seized due to customs or import laws.

10. Fraud Prevention Verification

To protect against payment fraud and unauthorized chargebacks, Shop Peptides Direct reserves the right to request a one-time video verification. In such cases, the customer may be asked to submit a short video stating their full name and explicitly authorizing the purchase from Shop Peptides Direct for the product(s) being ordered.
